About Jeremy Thoms and reviews:
Jeremy Thoms is the lead singer, guitarist and principal songwriter in The Cathode Ray, who released their Top 20 charting fourth album “Advance Retreat” last year. He also runs a record label (Stereogram Recordings), DJs and presents a show on the London based Boogaloo Radio.
In a career stretching back to the eighties, he has released numerous singles and albums under various guises including The Presidents Men, A Girl Called Johnny, New Leaf, Skyline, The Fabulous Artisans and solo.
In addition, he has toured as a session musician with The Revillos, Jesse Garon & The Desperadoes, Paul Haig and Rose McDowall. Most recently he produced and played bass on “Gift Of Sorts” by Chris Reeve and is currently working on a fifth Cathode Ray album, the first fruits of which was recent single “Forever Etched”.
In an acoustic set at The House Of Fun on October 11th, Jeremy will be performing a selection of songs from across his career.
